The Speedway Entertainment All Pro SpeedSTR series fueled by VP Racing Fuels will embark on its biggest season to date in 2021 which will include the most diverse schedule ever.
A season that will be book marked by events at Seaford, Delaware’s Middleford Speedway will include a $10,000 to win season finale. The “First State 125” will bring the season to a close on Veterans Day weekend November 12-13.
Middleford Speedway will also play host to the opening event of the season on March 20th and a Labor Day Monday special on Sept 6.
The $5,000 to win Dick Tobias Classic at Action Track USA on May 9 is a Crown Jewel event to win as part of the over $250,000 is prize money that will be awarded over the 25 race schedule.
Weekly races at Championship Energy Action Track USA will be paired with seven events at Bridgeport Speedway in Swedesboro, New Jersey and a return to Linda’s Speedway in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.
The SpeedSTRs will also be part of the inaugural season at the new Bloomsburg Fairgrounds race track and the return to racing in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Events on July 16 and August 22 are slated for 2021.
In 2020, the Speedway Entertainment All Pro SpeedSTR series fueled by VP Racing Fuels championship came down to two unforgettable features at Bridgeport Motorsports Park with Earl Fellin’s 52 and drivers Tim Buckwalter and Steve Drevicki winning the car owner championship joining Steve Buckwalter and Bob Swavely as champions (Action Track USA).
The USAC SpeedSTR -- a self-starting Midget-Modified-Sprint Car hybrid with a four-cylinder Mopar motor -- first hit the track in 2008, with top drivers like Ray Evernham, Billy Pauch, Kenny Brightbill, and Rick Eckert among the field.
A race car within the reach of the weekend warrior -- easy to maintain, safe for the competitor, with a rules package that ensured a level playing field putting the show back in the hands of the driver.
A SpeedSTR can roll out of Speedway Entertainment and into a trailer ready to race for $21,685 running for $2,000+ to win on a weekly basis.
The 2021 Speedstr is now available for pre order. The new car features a sleek newly designed body, the same strong heavy-duty chassis, and an enhanced motor that will feature a dry sump system in place.
