Slingshot Drivers Eye $15,000 Prize in 2020

The 2020 racing season is off and running for most of the racers in the realm of Speedway Entertainment. Slingshots all across America are finally hitting the race track and our hopes are high for competition soon for our neighbors to the north in Canada.

Speedway Entertainment has put in place the World Championship and Regional point payoffs to better more than $15,000 for 2020. Although much of the first half of the season has been marred with cancellations and postponements, Speedway Ent. feels staying on course with the financial rewards for the racers is very valuable for the 2020 racing season.

The All Star Slingshot World Champion will receive $3,000 plus of cash and prizes. The top 11 in the World Championship point standings will receive a payoff of no less than $350. Region champions will get a $200 bonus. The top five in region points will receive prizes.

The Junior Slingshot World Champion will receive $1,500 plus of accolades. The top 11 in the World Championship point standings will receive a payoff of no less than $175. Region champions will get a $200 bonus. The top fiv

Dylan Hoch (All Star Slingshots) and Tyler Ulsh (Junior Slingshots) are the reigning World Champions.


World Championship Weekend will be held at Linda’s Speedway in Jonestown, Pa during the weekend of October 30-31 and Nov 1.
